Hello @Pinkfluffyunicorn24 ,
I reasonate with this post and your feelings. I have previously had negative workplaces with toxic environments and people, and it took me a while to realise that it truely is not worth it. Whilst it may not seem like it now, there is a better job out there for you, that will come when you least expect it. Keep searching, and be proud of yourself for recognising that this workplace no longer serves you and you deserve better 😊
It is so important to prioritise your mental and physical health within workplaces, and this should be supported by your colleagues. If you are able to, I highly recommend having a couple of days off work to re-energise and re-fresh yourself. However, I understand this may also not be achievable. In this case, I always try to avoid additional 'drama' and 'negativity' at work. My workplace is a casual job, so I head in, do my role, and leave everything behind as soon as I exit the doors. This is definitely easier said than done, but I would try to give it a go on your next shift.
