Hey there @Pinkfluffyunicorn24 ,

I'm sorry that your manager is creating a toxic atmophere in your work environment and as someone who used to be in a toxic work environment, I completely understand how you feel. Especially with mental health problems such as anxiety and OCD, it is near impossible to thrive in a toxic work environment with it only making any mental health issues worse. It can be quite intimidating to leave, personally it took me forever to leave my toxic workplace simply because I was afraid of the uncertainty. So I applaud you for already trying to find a new job and getting out of that work environment!

I completely agree with what @soulfuljade said in regards to taking some time off of work if possible or even set less work hours for the week so you have a full day of no school and no work. I understand that this would mean less income, however it is important to properly prioritise your mental health. Maybe even during your shift (if you're working long enough for this) you can bring yourself a nice lunch or a sweet lil treat so at least you have something to look forward to even if the environment isn't great.

I hope you're able to find a new job soon!
