Thank you so much for reaching out. I am so sorry to hear this, I can't imagine the pain and torment you are experiencing in response to such a huge betrayal. Your feelings are real and valid. You have been blindsided by a partner of two years, feeling as though you are being torn apart is incredibly painful and overwhelming. This is also accompanied by the fact that your partner has abandoned you when you are in such a vulnerable state of mind. You also mentioned your mental health was not stable prior to this happening and that you are feeling lost, how are you managing these heavy feelings tonight?
