Hey @Asparagus_Hedgehog

I am so very proud of you for reaching out here. It can be really hard and challenging to do so, but you have made a really good and healthy choice to seek support here.

Being super stressed and anxious about potentially failing your course is valid, and I can see the stakes are really high for you, which can be so anxiety-inducing and make it feel like the world will fall apart. I was so anxious myself this term as I had an assignment worth 50% of the total grade for a subject, passing all my subjects was so important to me as I didn't want to have to repeat a subject/push back my graduation, and I did not want to disappoint my family. So I can truly feel the anxiety and stress this whole situation is causing you.

As both @miso_soup and @appletree have mentioned, most Universities and their staff are so supportive and can help you figure things out. There are many options available, like doing an additional assessment/exam. I would talk to the course coordinator and see what they could suggest. You could definitely consider trying to go through other universities for a health degree; you can get RPL, which would fast-track you to graduation. But I think in the meantime, reach out to the relevant staff at your Uni, explain your situation as you have here, and I am sure they will help you.

I really hope you are taking care of yourself during this stressful period in your life, it can be so overwhelming. Do you have a counsellor you can see? Maybe they can give you further support and give you a variety of tools to use to help you get through this.

I think showing yourself some self-compassion and engaging in things that help you relax or feel good might help you through this. Maybe you could spend time with friends just to take your mind off things? Or even just talking to everyone here could give you a little relief and comfort.

I hope what I have said provides you even just a little bit of comfort and a sense of not being alone. This is such a scary and stressful time for you, but everyone here is here for you.

Take care,
