Hi @Asparagus_Hedgehog !
This sounds tough, i'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way.
This is definitely something which I can relate too. I just finished my last exam yesterday and am under a bit of pressure re keeping up grades etc too, especially at the moment. In the aftermath i'm definitely feeling really nervous, so I absolutely understand how you're feeling right now. I'm sending lots of care and good vibes your way.
It sounds like this recent exam has prompted a lot of different thought processes about what might happen next. I think that sometimes it's really tempting to think about all the possible outcomes, and what i'd do if a given outcome eventuates, but sometimes, it's helpful to try and take things one step at a time. I just want to remind you that you don't actually know the outcome of your exam yet! - you could've actually done really well!! It also sounds like you're having a lot of different feelings about how a potential negative grade reflects back on you as a person. I've felt this way recently as well. I'd like to remind you that grades can be really important to us, but they do not reflect on your value as a person at all. You are a valuable and wonderful person regardless of the grades that you get.
I'm wondering whether your uni has any type of counselling support services available at all? I know that lots of unis do, and these services can be really great at offering support, especially for uni-related stress.
Please remember to extend empathy and care to yourself, all you can do is take things one step at a time 💜
