Hello @snazzy_pigeon

Thank you so much for sharing!

I completely understand what you mean, I also take the time to do skincare. I have a very simple routine where I wash my face and apply aloe vera gel, acne cream, skin oil, and lip balm before going to sleep, but it allows me to wind down after a long day and focus on my skin. For the past 2 and a half years I have been doing the same skincare; it has improved my skin and helped me reduce acne.

Along with the physical benefits of having a skincare routine, I have also noticed that it has a positive impact on my psychological well-being. My daily routine allows me to spend time to myself and the continuity of it ensures that I spend 15-20 minutes of my day doing something to improve and maintain my mental health.

The products I use:

Aloe vera gel - Coles

Nivea lip balm - Coles

Nivea daily face wash - Chemist Warehouse

QV body lotion - Chemist Warehouse

Benzac AC acne gel (2.5% strength) - Chemist Warehouse

Bio oil - Chemist Warehouse
