What a wonderful post and I completely agree with all your points. 

 

I try to do a little daily to manage my stress and not let it all build up. So what I do is: 

- I read this is something I do daily and always aim for at least 30 pages 

- I bake- I like to do this every week it's my outlet and lets me do something different and creative

- Exercise- this is a massive one this one helps me control my emotions and put my negative emotions into something positive, pushing myself harder or being able to recognise my signs of exhaustion 

- Bath and face mask- this has got to be my all-time favourite just so relaxing and helps just focus on that moment 

- Listening to music especially when I am in my feels
