I love that you have a diverse range of things that you like to do for self-care, it's always great to have options when you may be feeling down or may need a little distraction from time to time. I also love reading and exercising, and I completely agree it really does help control negative emotions.

 

I am happy that you invest a lot of time and commitment into your mental health and do things that you enjoy!
