As hard as it may be, never listen to that voice in your head, half of the time it's wrong. I'm sure you are capable of so many things. It's important to start off simple in baby steps if you find self-care particularly challenging at times. Even just stepping outside and getting some fresh air and sunlight for 5-10 mins, eating healthy and getting enough sleep is sufficient.
Try not to beat yourself up about it, just take it one step and one day at a time. There is no pressure. I also like listening to playlists on Spotify if I am going through tough times, sometimes listening to some uplifting music can boost your mood and can make you feel a little bit better about yourself.
