I have similar issues with daily routine and sleeping schedule. Something I find helpful is to plan activities to do or hang out with friends. That allows me to have some sort of scheduling and order. 

 

It is really hard to stick to a sleeping schedule for me since my body just naturally wants to stay up late and doesn't feel tired. Maybe try adjusting 1 hour at a time? To consciously nudge the schedule bit by bit without feeling like a huge change all at once.
