Those are some excellent self-care activities which I also engage with in my day to day life.
Personally I felt like your first opinion on Perspective really resonates with me. I felt like it is so important to have a good positive mindset when times and rough and definitely a more critical outlook at times when you are very ecstatic and happy to avoid being susceptible to making plans you can’t keep or making bad decisions.
Your suggestions are all so excellent and I felt like you covered all the bases on self care for me
Another suggestion I would add however would be to plan out your work as well as your leisure time. I felt like it is importance as it would reduce or even maybe even avoid burnout from occurring, so you don’t up with too much to work on ( and a nice thing to look forward to later 🤩 as well as what you have mentioned on exercise)
In any case, excellent suggestions @Beach_enjoyer2101 and I look forward to everyone else’s suggestions.
