This is a great list of strategies! I find that looking at other people's perspectives can really help to lessen my anxiety around some situations. Taking breaks is a must to relax and take care of yourself, especially coming out of a stressful period. Although I don't find exercise to be a big part of my self-care, I can see how it can be really useful to help de-stress and relax.
Personally, I like to have a nice hot bath with bath bombs, salts and all sorts of stuff. Then I finish off with doing some face masks and skin care. I don't tend to do these often so it feels special and like a treat to myself when I do them 🥰
