Hello!

 

Those are very good strategies! Adding on to the change of perspective, I think it is important to see things in the greater picture. I tend to ruminate on small mistakes/ inconveniences/ problems and brew over it. That can occupy my focus and ruin my mood for a period of time. When I look back on it after some time, I realise that it's not that big of a deal and not worth paying that much attention to.

 

Creating a healthy balance between activities is also essential for the mind to be able to take breaks and not experience burn out!
