Hi @Beach_enjoyer2101

Thanks for sharing your strategies, it's always interesting to see how others approach self-care. Perspective, relaxation and exercise are all very important and sometimes we tend to forget them. Considering different perspectives is an interesting one, I tend to mostly look at the negatives of a situation and then realise it never really is that bad as I make it out to be, so I'll definitely try to have a positive perspective next time. 

 

For self care strategies I like to journal, spend time in nature and go for a walk.
