I am sorry to hear you have been feeling tired and stressed recently. Year 12 is a huge year, so it's understandable you would be feeling so unmotivated and tired. Adding in cold weather and unhelpful influences on social media and in real life would make it even worse, so your feelings are completely valid ❤️

 

Are you using any self-care strategies at this time? I know it may be hard, but in the past (or even now during uni) when I find myself stressed or unmotivated about school, engaging in self care really helps me reset and thrive during less than ideal times. Exercise, eating well, good sleep (not too short or long), or hanging with friends or pets helps me feel a bit better while taking my mind off of school or other things that are bothering me.
