I think mine would be to treat yourself how you would treat a best friend. If they came over and were hungry, you would feed them. If they were sad you would comfort them and be patient with them. You would tell them they are beautiful and funny and talented because they need to know it and believe it. so why do we struggle to do these things for ourselves? we should all be our own best friends!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻💛
