It might be a good idea to discuss these feelings with him if you feel as though you might like him. It could be a good idea to pinpoint if this is romantic feelings or just jealousy, or both, as it is possible to feel jealousy over friends diverting their attention from you. 

It's super commendable that you were able to prioritise your wellbeing in turning him down earlier due to him recently getting out of another relationship. If you feel like you've changed your mind, an honest conversation couldn't hurt! 🙂
