Finding balance among the stress.
Hey everyone!
Hope you’re all having a good start to the week.
i thought I’d jump on here and put some thoughts out, and welcome any positive vibes and advice!
im currently in the final few months of my degree and final few weeks of my sports instructor training - and out of nowhere, it seems like absolutely every due date, every task and everything needs to be done this week! I’ve gone from being relaxed and organised to feeling absolutely overwhelmed and chaotic.
to keep myself calm, I’ve written a list of things I can control and work on right now, and things that I simply have no control over and need to wait to work on…
this has been helping, but I’m still struggling to overcome the physical stress I’m feeling!
Any suggestions or ideas to work through this feeling, find balance and get through a busy week!
