Hi @Appel 👋🏻
Thank you for sharing your current struggles with us. First of all I would like to say that you are definitely not stupid, and that is very normal what you are experiencing right now.
I have gone to uni myself for a diploma in business and at first I found it so time consuming and like I didn’t get much time to myself, I am not sure which uni you go to but I would suggest you to speak with someone from your uni regarding this and seeing if you could minimise some units if you find they are too many to juggle because that can be one of the issues as to why you don’t have time for anything else. Maybe try student services or even a counsellor there to help you out.
Have you tried creating a plan or schedule for the week and allocating a time where you can practice some “me time”? If not, I think that will also help keep you consistent with doing other things outside of uni and study.
I know Headspace has a great free service for young people from 12-25 years old called Work and Study Support, I will leave a link below for you to check out if you think that will be helpful. There are professionals that can help you manage study and finding work and they could guide you through creating a schedule as mentioned before. I have used their service previously and I was very happy during my time at uni.

It is so common for students to feel like uni is taking most of their time as it is a big commitment so don’t feel like you are doing something wrong, I think you just need some help around balancing uni life and personal life, trust me I still struggle with that but the best thing that has worked for me is to reach out to people within your uni first such as counsellors or even career counsellors and student services.
Has this been helpful? Have you tried talking to anyone else about your struggle?
Please know you are not alone and I would love to hear back from you.
I hope this was helpful, take care of yourself and be safe 💜😊
