I really feel for you! I believe you and your symptoms are absolutely real and valid. Navigating the healthcare system is a nightmare and can be so draining - as if you're not struggling enough already!! I have my fingers crossed for you that your GP is supportive and understanding.

For real though it's so lovely being able to chat about these things with other people who get it 💜
