Hey! @forest_falcon

I am so sorry that you are going through this - it is so tough. I think you are handling it super maturely too, which you should be really proud of! It is also really good that you are able to acknowledge that you did not do anything wrong in this situation.

In these instances, I find it helpful to just feel all of my feelings fully and be sad for a while, without trying to convince myself otherwise. I've also found that it helps to fill life with lots of little hobbies and simple pleasures that will make you feel good about yourself - like a new book, a nice walks or taking the time to make yourself a nice coffee/tea in the morning. It can also help to celebrate the small wins. If you finish an assignment at school, watch an episode of your favourite TV show or get a delicious snack. All of these little things might not seem like much, but I have found that they help demonstrate to yourself that you are worth time and love and effort - plus they keep your mind occupied a bit.

Hope this helps a little bit and wishing you all the best 💛
