hey @snazzy_pigeon ,

I've been experiencing a lot of anxiety lately, so thank you for this post!

 

Something that has been really helpful for me has been Running. 

I know running can be quite intimidating if you're new to it, but I really encourage you to give it a go if you're able!

I find that running, at any pace - even if its "slow" (even though slow running doesn't exist! running is running!!) really allows you to tap into an almost moving meditative state, completely clearing your mind. The endorphins afterwards are fantastic, and you feel so energised afterwards!

 

Hope this can inspire someone to try something new that may help them experiencing anxiety!
