Let's share some underrated self care methods <3
Hi everyone 🙂 It's been a while as I've spent a bit of time to myself after dealing with a bit of conflict - but I am always happy to come back to this safe space! I thought I'd create a fun little thread suggesting unconventional self care methods that has worked for you, or you believe that aren't recognised enough.
Here are some of mine:
💮 Massages - it was only until recently that I was reminded of how great massages are and I am so thankful for it. Whether that be teaching yourself massaging techniques to help you relieve some tension or going to treat yourself to a professional massage - I personally believe it's a great investment to your mind and body
💮Giving yourself a hug 🙂
