I also find that moving my body helps to release some of my pent-up anxious energy and helps me to feel more calm afterwards 🧘‍ Another thing that works for me is venting to someone I trust about what I'm experiencing. I find this also helps to release tension and makes me feel less alone in handling my worries. A load shared is a load halved! 🤝🥰
