Hi @Anonymous

First I want to say thank you for reaching out and letting us know how you feel.

It is totally fine to struggle with SACs they aren't meant to be easy. Try not to beat yourself up over one mark just use these moments and learning for the next. If it makes you feel any better when I was doing 3/4 psych in year 11 I literally missed the whole double page of a SAC because the paper didnt come apart when I was flipping through. I realised with a minute to go and then cried and went home early because I felt so dumb and that I had really messed up. But the sacs are weighted comparatively to your exam scores so they really don't matter too much (especially one mark).

You know your not stupid and thats wha matters just keep doing your best you are almost there. I too get really overwhelmed with loud people it can be quite overstimulating. If this is something you notice effects you try and find quiet areas where you can take a moment take a few deep breaths and try to relax and recentre.

What are the problems thathave happened in your friendship group lately? (if you dont mind sharing) Do you think they are effecting your ability to do well in class?

Good luck with VCE you got this. Don't let the SACs get the better of you! 🙂
