Hey @Alex-Taylor,
I'm so glad to hear you are reaching out to discuss this with us, which I thank you for being open about. Hopefully you can leave your Headspace appointment feeling better coming out than coming in.
It's unfortunate to hear that you feel down, and that's where sharing your feeling with others can help us work towards a solution for you to feel happy. It's important to think about what makes you really happy - like going outside or spending time with friends. Even if its relaxing at home and binge watching TV, do what makes you happy. This sense of disconnection you're feeling sounds really troubling, so I think filling your life with things and people you love will hopefully help you feel more connected, and I understand you've shared that you get anxious. Whenever I get anxious, I try to concentrate on relaxation and just take some nice rest, so I can temporarily forget about everything that makes me stress or anxious - like a being in a really chilled out state.
Again, thank you so much for sharing your feelings and experiences, and talking about is a brilliant step to help you feel more connected and more enlightened about yourself, so good on you for that 😁👍.
