Welcome to the Reachout Online community 🙂 I love reading about your self care ideas, thank you for sharing them! I honestly never heard of personalising the Do Not Disturb function on my phone. That sounds super helpful, especially when you are trying to focus or catch some sleep. Will have to give that a go! Now I have heard of Micro learning. I also enjoy listening to podcasts. As I am a psychology nerd my go to listen is Psychology unplugged, a podcast hosted by a clinical neuropsychologist and his wife. I love how he and his wife chat about a wide variety of topics around mental health. The Rich Roll podcast sounds good. I will have to give that a listen 💜.
