Recently, I've also been trying to practice more gratitude and it's made me start to unintentionally notice small things that make me just a little bit happier! Today, things that made me smile were making my smoothie bowl the peeeeerfect texture (harder than it seems), sitting out on some grass in the sun during my study break, and a cheesy joke that my tutor made during class.
