Thank you so much for sharing.

I would try bringing my partner along - who is the only other person that knows about me - but their parents aren't really the trust instantly type so it probably can't happen at this stage, not to mention they're also shy, making it harder for them to help directly (also yes i know you're reading this - you help by existing there).
