Study reminders and mid semester breaks
Hello everyone,
This post is for anyone who has been really stressed with school/ university and the assignments in general. Usually Uni students have a mid-session break around the month of September or October. If you are one of those and have been overwhelmed with juggling study and and assignments here are some ways to relax and catch up on deadlines lectures 😊.
- Give yourself a little leisure time during the break but don't stop working completely.
- Start prioritizing what all you need to catch up on make a list. The list might make you feel overwhelmed but don't worry you will get through it.
- Plan your day in a way that you can work on studies, relax, start preparing for any upcoming exams and spend some time with family too.
- Challenge yourself with small and realistic goals. This is help you stay consistent with your work and will also help and provide you time for self care.
It is okay to feel stressed about studies but don't let it harm your mental health. Be kind to yourself🤗.
