Sometimes it can be really easy to focus on our flaws especially if we are comparing ourselves to the standards set by social media. I thought it might be nice to focus on the things we do like.
What's one thing (or more than one thing) that you like about yourself?
For me, I like that I try to do my best in the things that are important to me.
