Personally, I deleted Instagram a few weeks ago and have found a profound impact on my mental health. Suddenly, I have time to do the things I love 😂 

 

I noticed I was spending hours of my time scrolling through reels to wind down, only to realise I had wasted my time. Not only this, but I was constantly comparing myself to others subconsciously and it wasn’t healthy. 

 

Since deleting it, I have begun to read again and write. I appreciate the little things more as I’m not constantly bombarded with information. Every text, every call, matters.

 

Disclaimer: I’m not saying you can’t find balance and the only solution is deleting all social media, I’m just sharing what worked for me 😊
