Wonderful post! Feeding yourself can be challenging.

 

I tend to struggle with eating a nutritious breakfast. I found overnight oats to be great. You can add any toppings you like or some protein powder to make it more filling. All the prep is done the night before so there’s no need to stress about it in the morning. I usually do one cup of milk and one cup of oats which lasts me two days.

 

Fried rice is also pretty quick especially if you have a rice cooker (bonus points if you have left over rice). I used the cubed frozen vegetables to make it easier. Add the protein of your choice, soy sauce, whatever seasoning your heart desires, and you’re good to go.
