This is such a great post!

I finished school a few years ago, and I had a few things that I did before every exam, which I think helped me perform at my best.

1. Prioritising sleep - the night before any exam, I made sure to get to bed early because I knew that, for me personally, a few extra hours of study would not be worth feeling tired or groggy in the morning.

2. Getting a good breakfast in - I never skipped breakfast before exams, as I knew that without proper fuel, I'd inevitably get super tired by the end of the exam and put myself at risk of making silly, avoidable mistakes. So no matter how nervous you feel, try to have something in the morning before your exams!

Those things sound pretty obvious, but sometimes when we're under lots of stress and pressure, it can be really easy to forget!

Lastly, I just want to remind everyone, as the others have already mentioned, that one exam doesn't define you. If you worked hard and did your best in your individual circumstances, then you should feel really proud for finishing school!

All the best everyone!
