Hi @Mint_Crane

I was probably a bit the same, going to the gym. That has now become part of my everyday routine, trying things on my own, travelling, shopping, going out to eat etc. That was a big one for me to step out of my comfort zone and learn new capabilities I have. Even now I started going to the gym at an earlier time when it was busy and that was like my new thing so I could learn to feel comfortable with it. Those are the ones I can think off the top of my head.

You should be proud of yourself for organising new things.
