I really try and detach from influencers or just anyone I see on my phone. Instead if I am going to social compare myself to others I try to only do this with people in real life that I see on the street or out or whatever. This way I remind myself who the real people are since almost everyone online is edited or fake in one way or another.

To build self confidence sometimes I look back on my instagram and remind myself yes, I am beautiful and cool and sexy hahahaha. Everyone has bad days so I try not to judge myself on my bad moments but instead my best 🙂
