You are so right that self care can provide us with peace during times of stress. My personal favourites that I've been doing recently are:
- Having warm bubble baths
- Spending time outside in the sunshine moving my body
- Cooking and baking delicious meals and sweets
- Watching my favourite movies and tv shows
