Hi @keroppi (I love your username! 🐸)

It is so wonderful to hear about all the different ways you have been showing up for yourself and giving yourself some very much-needed TLC. 

I have been having a bit of a rough time lately, so regulating my mind and body and practising self-care has been vital! I've been doing some colouring-in pages, I made my own matcha ice-cream, and have been playing on the Sims 4 when I can.
