It sounds like you might benefit from getting some more specific information though, so I wanted to point you in the direction of Transhub which has information on social, medical and legal gender affirmation. You may find this article particularly helpful as it discusses accessing hormones if you're under 18. We also had an event with an LGBTQIA+ friendly GP a while back who speaks a little bit about having these conversations with a doctor.
