Thank you for this post! Your self-care routine sounds absolutely lovely and its inspired me to prioritise my self care more (I've been slack the past few months). I'm guessing you live somewhere North because its still kind of cold where I am in South Australia 😭 I can't wait till it heats up and I can go for swims at the beach. At the moment, I've been going to the beach every day hopeful but it's been windy and cold so I just read a book on the beach instead. I think that's my new favourite way to self-care. I've also been doing more yoga because my muscles are so tight.
