Hello @Hug 

 

Sounds like you are having a hard time with disengaging with Fat weight Gainer content and am while you have abstain from it a couple of times, it creeps back at you and it’s affecting your mental health as a result.

 

That sounds really rough and personally I had some issues with consuming sexual content as well in the past. I feel it like there’s an overwhelming urge to come back and holding it back only makes the craving that much more unbearable.

 

However, a trick that I found particularly helpful for this would be to try to get out as much as possible, anywhere that is not your house etc, and if possible do some exercises, go out to hike, have a run, walk on the beaches etc.

 

I found that particularly helpful as it redirect your urges into physical activity which I found to really take the urges away.

 

I would admit that it is not easy and it really takes a lot of time and effort to stop or balance it out well so that it doesn’t affect your health and mental health (took quite a while for me as well but I manage to balance it in a way that it doesn’t really mess with my health or mental health)

 

Of course, there will be times when I slip back during times of extreme stress and that’s normal as well, it all about trial and error and learning from these mistakes, but don’t be discouraged by these setbacks and keep going on ☺️
