Congratulations on finishing up university exams for the year. I understand where you are coming from with feeling overwhelmed or lost. One thing I have started reminding myself, particularly for my career and finishing my degree by the time I am 30 years old, is that I still have 40 years of work, I don't need to rush into getting into a top position or achieve all my career goals at once. I have time, making me enjoy more of my time at uni or even in my current job.
I also like to plan a trip or two with my friends during the holidays so we can be in the moment take our time and get away from reality for a week. While also prioritising my wellbeing and booking appointments for all the things that I forget to do while I am at uni.
It is always important to reward and recognise your hard work
