Hi @Dye_Ella 🧡

I am really sorry that you had to go through this today. That is extremely inappropriate, so it is perfectly valid to have felt shocked and uncomfortable. Personally, I would have done the exact same thing by speaking to a leader/teacher. So please don’t think you did anything wrong. We all have the right to speak up when something makes us upset.

I can see how you would not want to work with him given his past comments. This clearly seems like a pattern of behaviour which is not okay. I think it’s a good idea to speak to your parents about this when you are ready. This is a unique situation which you shouldn’t have to deal with alone. You also shouldn’t be made to feel scared to speak up out of fear he will ‘retaliate’. If you comfortable, it may be worth speaking to the trusted leader/teacher again and explaining that you do not wish to be around him. This 5 steps to talking to someone you trust  article here on ReachOut may help. I particularly like the part where it suggests writing down everything you want to say so it is clear in your head first. I know that always helps me feel stay on track and cover everything I need to get of my chest.

I am really sorry this is happening. It is unacceptable and you are 100% valid in needing to vent.

sending love 🫶🏻
