I saw the email and completely understand your points. I will discuss this with the teacher tomorrow and hope to do this supporting myself, peers and him. 

now that I'm reflecting on his past behaviour it stands out as almost disturbing but at the time I brushed it off. I want him to be prepared to take on responsibility in his leadership role but that does mean talking to younger grades and it does concern me as he behaves this way with people our age so thinking of him with younger more vulnerable people is definitely something I need to discuss tomorrow.
