It sounds like a tough time right now to be worrying about results and I can tell you I empathise with you in these feelings because I was feeling the same as you one year ago. Thank you for sharing this with us.
That feeling of internal exhaustion makes so much sense and I understand that having tutors and peers and parents discussing results can be really draining. I seems annoying to have everyone disclose their score, which I take seems uncomfortable to you. I remember having group tutoring and my study mates would share their pretty good marks, which doesn't feel good. I see this study life balance has made you feel lonely (me too) and your health is not where you want it.
As much as it's hard reflect on this, you have a bright future ahead of you with your studies and the opportunity to make some lifelong friends. As a first year university student, I was initially nervous with making friends, but I just got to talk to a few people to start with and all of a sudden we were chatting back and forth. Find anyone to talk to and I'm sure they would love to have a good conversation. In short, I'd say it's easier to make friends in uni than school.
Now you have time to celebrate your hard work and experience some fun and exercise. You will do absolutely fine in uni and I hope your health can get better! 😁
