I'm sure many of us can relate to your experience of wanting a job, and seeing peers around you get jobs and interviews, meanwhile you are not having the same success. I also understand the feelings around feeling like you're left at home to rot during holidays.
The job market is rough, and it can be discouraging, especially not hearing back from employers or receiving rejection emails.
Would you be open to doing other things to keep busy during the holidays, like doing some volunteer work, or doing something you enjoy, like arts and crafts. Maybe you could even find a short course you could do that'll allow you to upskill ☺️
Having a chat to friends and family about job hunting may help, they might even be able to find you a job! ☺️
Make sure to be prioritising yourself and practice some self care 💚
