Art is a great way to express and process emotions and thank you for sharing this with us @Liv_09 . I remember in my darkest times making lots of poems, drawings, paintings and collages. I think it creates a beautiful snapshot of our emotional states; a memento of our strength at that time and something to look back on to realise how far we've come.
