i was being put into hospital dude to me having a bad reation to the meds i got provided  by the hospital and i couldn't move my body nor walk straight and i was okay after 10 mins when they gave me a shot i could walk and move my body again and i thout id be okay going to Victoria but i wasn't. i want to try again after my doctors app on the 30th and leave on the 31st i just dont know if it will happen again i dont know how to calming ive tried everything i dont know any good meditations but ill look online now and see if anything can help me
