Hi everyone, I am sorry for what I did in the past. I am back and better which is good. I am currently in bed relaxing which is good. 

Hi everyone, I started to feel really unwell this morning. I am coughing a lot and my chest feels really weird and I feel very tired and I have no clue what to do to get myself to feel better. if anyone has any advice that would be good.
