How many times have you scribbled a picture, written a poem, or sat down at a piano to get out your frustration after a long day? How many times have you doodled in the margins of your maths book, snapped a photo of something cool on the way to work, or had a dance party to that really awesome song?
Engaging in a creativity can sometimes make us feel a lot better. It’s a way for us to get out what we’re feeling and express ourselves.
